Perhaps the best thing about Momentum (for those of us in ECD) is the opportunity it gives us to spend time with our customers and partners and let them know how much we appreciate their business. The last few Momentum events have taken place at EMC World in the United States. The return of Momentum Europe allows us to really focus on our customers and partners outside the U.S. and say thank you to each of them.
As we have in the past, we will also take advantage of this opportunity to recognize some of our key partners. These companies develop innovative products to meet the needs of our customers, complementing or building on Dell EMC’s own Enterprise Content Division products.
Partners play an extremely important role in the Dell EMC–customer ecosystem. In many cases, partners are the bridge between Dell EMC and customers, and they often understand better than we do the specific needs of customers. Partners take our technology and fine tune it to address precise requirements, or they enhance our products with their own innovative ideas to solve unique problems. In many cases they reach markets we do not focus on, and work more closely with customers in certain regions and industries.
There’s no question that Dell EMC would not have achieved the same level of success without the tremendous support of our great partners. More importantly, many of our customers would not be where they are today without the help of our partner community.
